Presidential Park Landscape Inc. is excited to present the 'Landscaping' , a beautiful landscaping installation that we completed in lovely Norwell, MA. The was creating a beautiful and functional outdoor space that seamlessly blends with the natural landscape while addressed a vision for a restful retreat. The began with a site analysis of the existing conditions to create a specific design for the site's topography and plants. We incorporated a variety of native plants based on resilience and low maintenance needs to create an environmental solution to the landscape. The design included elegant stone pathways made of local granite that guided guests through the gardens while enhancing both functionality and aesthetics. Lastly, we used custom lighting that illuminated the floral color to provide an inviting garden for evening gatherings. One of the site challenges included managing steep slopes that required grading solutions to facilitate drainage and erosion control. The team created tiered planting beds to add site interest and depth, while managing our drainage easement challenges. The final candidate treatment has a harmonious and colorful collection of textures, along with flowering perennials, ornamental grasses, and evergreens that offer a mesmerizing landscape throughout the year. The client was excited to have a beautiful, bespoke landscape created with the utmost attention to detail. The landscape offered immediate curb appeal and provided a beautiful oasis that offered the use of the gardens for relaxing and family gatherings.
