Initiated in 2018 and completed with a budget ranging between $200,001 and $500,000, this project reimagined a difficult-to-lease area by removing existing structures to provide McAlister’s Deli with an end cap position, thereby significantly increasing visibility and accessibility for customers. The design of the courtyard marries functionality with aesthetic appeal, featuring a spacious covered area that not only serves as a dining space but also as a venue for community events and entertainment. A striking wood trellis spans the courtyard, creating an inviting entrance while providing essential shade and comfort for guests.
