In the heart of a beloved neighborhood, the "New Home Same Space" project represents a heartfelt transformation of a modest 1,200 square-foot residence. The homeowners, deeply connected to their community where their children grew up, faced a pivotal choice: relocate for more space or reimagine their existing home. Driven by love and a clear vision of their ideal living environment, they opted for a complete renovation and thoughtful expansion of their cherished home. The project commenced in 2020, with a budget ranging between $150,001 and $200,000. Our design approach centered around enhancing functionality while preserving the emotional resonance of the space. We achieved this by creating open, inviting areas that blend seamlessly with the home's character. The addition of a compact yet elegant master bathroom exemplifies our commitment to thoughtful design. This farmhouse-style bathroom features shiplap walls, a freestanding tub, and vintage-inspired fixtures that evoke a sense of warmth and nostalgia, harmonizing perfectly with the overall aesthetic of the home.
