### Landscaping Transformation by Rojas Lawn Maintenance Rojas Lawn Maintenance is excited to announce our latest , 'Landscaping Transformation'. This incredible transformation was completed in Clifton, NJ. The consisted of full renovations of the landscape for a home with a large emphasis on hardscaping, as well as, sustainable practices and garden design. To identify existing landscaping areas of opportunity, our crew took the time to assess the different spots for improvement. The crew removed outdated features and made way for new installations. A highlight of the was incorporating a beautiful flagstone patio made up of stone sourced locally to create an outdoor living space that is both durable and beautiful. Then, to enhance the custom patio, we constructed a custom fire pit for families to enjoy and congregate around during the evening. As always, our design team strives to achieve plant species that are nature-friendly, low-maintenance, and climate/hardiness zone appropriate. This design utilized a mixture of ornamental grasses and perennials, which not only survive and thrive in this climate but are also attractive to pollinators and biodiversity. Lastly, to achieve a natural flow of the garden space, we used boulders and decorative gravels in various locations suitable for functionality and aesthetics. One of the challenges of this was the slope of the site, which required grading for adequate drainage to mitigate pooling or erosion. Our team of landscapers took the time to contour the landscaping into the areas that required grading, which ultimately created proper drainage but provided contour and aesthetics for the property. The end result was a fantastic transformation that exceeded the client’s expectations. The previous dull yard was replaced with green beauty, colorful outdoor living, and serenity. The homeowners were happy to share their appreciation of our attention to detail and quality, and family now love to enjoy their new landscaped yard, that serves as an extension of their living space.
