The Kona Staged Spec Home in Kailua-Kona is a testament to the seamless blend of luxury and island living. Tasked with furnishing this exquisite three-bedroom, three-bathroom residence, JM Design focused on creating an inviting atmosphere that would appeal to a diverse range of potential buyers. Understanding the importance of making a strong first impression, our team meticulously selected pieces that reflect the essence of indoor and outdoor living in Hawaii. The design process began with the installation of foundational "anchor" pieces, carefully chosen for their quality and aesthetic. Beautiful teak dining and coffee tables, elegantly designed chairs and barstools, as well as comfortable beds and dressers, were strategically placed to enhance the home's natural flow. Each piece was selected not only for its visual appeal but also for its functionality and durability, ensuring that it met the demands of a coastal environment. To add depth and character to the space, we layered the foundational elements with exquisite rugs sourced from Morocco, providing a rich textural contrast that complements the warm tones of the wood furnishings. Accessories sourced from Indonesia were thoughtfully integrated to infuse the home with unique artisanal touches, enhancing the overall island vibe.
