This beautiful kitchen transformation showcases the impressive refacing of existing cabinets, utilizing Select Alder with a warm Honey stain that enhances the traditional charm of the space. Although it may appear completely new, most of the original cabinets have been retained, skillfully reimagined to meet modern functionality and aesthetic demands. The kitchen faced challenges with the previous layout, particularly with the dishwasher door obstructing access to the cabinet above and insufficient space for multiple cooks. To address these issues, the peninsula was strategically relocated, and the dishwasher was moved to create a more functional workflow. The addition of new upper cabinets and a wine refrigerator below adds both practicality and elegance to the space. A striking wine cabinet and a glass-front angled cabinet were also introduced, providing stylish storage solutions while contributing to the overall design coherence. The installation of new, state-of-the-art appliances, along with diagonal tiled flooring, breathes new life into the kitchen, ensuring a contemporary yet timeless feel. Lighting plays a pivotal role in this transformation; task overhead lights, pendant lights, and under-cabinet lighting were meticulously chosen to illuminate work areas and enhance the kitchen's ambiance.
