Pool Remodeling / Pool Deck by My Luxury Outdoors My Luxury Outdoors: Our latest was an exquisite pool remodel and deck design that created the ultimate suburban oasis in a luxurious retreat. In the heart of Miami, this served a high-end client interested in a substantial upgrade to their outdoor experience. We started with a thorough analysis of the existing pool site. One of the challenges was to have the pool and the deck work in harmony whilst looking great and still functioning correctly. The choices we made included spending on high quality materials that will withstand the harsh Florida weather with pavers for the deck, we went with high-end travertine pavers which provide a slip-free surface and have a high class look! Creating tightly controlled green architecture is what needed to happen for the . The introduction of a native plant palette with colourful bougainvilleas, fragrant gardenias and hardy palms, created a transition of the natural beauty of the surrounds across to the new pool deck. A custom-built wood pergola was included to cover shaded lounge areas to make this an inviting space for both relaxing and entertaining. CHALLENGES: The presented multiple challenges along the way, such as drainage and minimizing utility clash. Our talented team worked through these problems systematically, allowing for adequate water management while utilising utility access points without harming the integrity of the overall design. And the end product is simply stunning. Striking is the feel of the new pool area, especially with the enhanced lighting that completely changes the vibe in the evening hours. The feedback from our clients was wonderful and they were very happy that they got an amazing retreat with a perfect blend of luxury and utility.
