Rock Dock & Stairway by American Phoenix Exterior Designs Set in the beautiful landscape of Cape Coral, the , 'Rock Dock & Stairway' showcases the creativity and skill of American Phoenix Exterior Designs. The goal of this endeavor was to take a difficult waterfront property and create a viable outdoor space that would be beautiful to look at as well as useful. This involved creating a rock dock purposefully designed, using boulders and natural stone from the surrounding area, so that it felt part of the natural environment, to the extent possible. The materials chosen for this were high-quality and weather resistant to provide the customer with a long-lasting structure. In addition, these stones varied in texture and color, to provide visual interest and character. Furthermore, a custom stairway was built for convenience and aesthetic appeal, leading open access to the water and providing a complimentary addition to the overall design. During the process, our team was challenged by terrain and stability, amongst other factors involved in completing this . Our creative redesign challenges were met convincingly through thoughtful design efforts as well as collaboration among our skilled designers and craftsmen through planning, to arrive at the best method that emphasized the qualities while achieving success from a structural standpoint, but also an appealing design. This beautiful landscape will meet the homeowner’s needs while embellishing the curb appeal of the property. The thoughtful blend of natural elements, and such extraordinary design attention, obviously delighted the client.
