JMT LANDSCAPE GROUP HARDSCAPING JMT Landscape Group: Hardscaping Franklin, Indiana JMT Landscape Group is proud to showcase one of our latest hardscaping s that completely transformed our client's outdoor living space in Franklin, Indiana. We designed an outdoor oasis that beautifully and practically enhances that space while solving specific site issues. Fitted with an exceptionally well-crafted patio, this design boasts natural stone pavers that are not only beautiful but durable as well. We chose a highly vivid aesthetic color palette to harmonize with the existing flora. A custom fire pit with strategically placed seating offers warmth on cool evenings and an opportunity for family gatherings. Our response to the site's elevation changes, but designed to stay in place as the site slowly settles, were a series of simple retaining walls built of locally sourced boulders which lend a rustic finish to the stone. The crew also installed permeable pavers in the walkway to the patio so that water can drain and runoff is minimized such was the case in the region as well. Keyword: TimelineChallengeWe needed to design the groundwork for the offer of the design as soon as possible since there was a time constraint due to the family function in the client household. By applying our best practices, and managing an efficient , we overcame this challenge and finished early with great quality. The final result? An amazing outdoor living space that is functional for the client, and a place for their family and friends to come together and enjoy. This client was more than thrilled with the combination of natural materials blended with an intentional design and expert craftsmanship that strikes a perfect balance of beauty and functionality.
