Hessville Little League Landscaping by Simmons Landscaping Simmons Landscaping is pleased to present the Hessville Little League that took an average sports complex and made it vibrant for the community. The was located in the middle of the area we serve and involved a great deal of planning and execution while staying true to our commitment to quality and detail. To begin, we took time to assess the uniqueness of the layout and needs of the site. We used durable materials in a green manner such as permeable pavers for walkways to achieve two goals: you could educate on drainage of water and improve aesthetics. We constructed native plant beds that not only beautified the site, but also provided valuable habitats for local wildlife, enhancing a ‘go green’ mentality. Along the way, we had to deal with the challenge of an uneven site making the pathways much less accessible for many individuals. Our professionals completed the grading of necessary land, as well as terracing to aid in ensuring safe and smooth access for players and their families. Built into the site were spectator seating areas that we constructed from sustainably sourced lumber and placed directly in the sun to allow the family to be comfortable and enjoy. The consisted of vibrant plantings of flowering blooms and shrubs that were selected to bloom throughout the seasons going forward, serving as colorful backdrops for Little League activities. The consisted of decorative fencing and signage that illustrated a freshly painted Hessville Little League logo which only promoted pride again throughout the community. Not only was this and its completion successful for Simmons Landscaping and our client, but it was immensely successful for the revived community space developed for families planning to spend time watching youth sports. Simmons Landscaping is proud to have worked on such a that allowed us to fulfill our continued commitment to quality landscaping through creating a community foreshadowing throughout the region including Aberdeen, Burns Harbor, Chesterton, and further.
