Recent Cranston, RI One of our more recent s located in the city center of Cranston showcases our attention to detail and our commitment to quality products and craftsmanship. This was a total backyard renovation for a home that never utilized or appreciated their yard space. We worked closely with the homeowners to create a design that infused a beautiful garden space, tailored stone patio, and tranquil water feature. First, we carefully selected appropriate materials: Rhode Island bluestone for the patio, high-quality native plants that grow well in the climate. The patio was laid by experienced craftsmen ensuring each stone is square and well bonded. An inviting winding path, adorned with stylish solar lights, encouraged visitors to stroll through the vibrant greenery of the garden. The slope of the property was a hurdle we had to work around by grading it to drain correctly and not cause any erosion. We implemented some handsome natural stone retaining walls in key areas which improved both the workability and aesthetic appeal of the landscape. The focal point of this was a beautiful koi pond with a small waterfall to add to the ambiance. This feature was the focal point of the garden for our clients, who enjoyed as much local wildlife as koi being drawn to the pond. When we were done, the change was stunning. What was a previously disused area had been transformed into a colourful, stylish, laidback and fun living space.
