About This Project

Transforming a builder-grade house into a stunning home with character was the essence of this project, aptly named “Adding Details - No More Boring Builder.” The journey began in 2020 when the homeowners sought to inject personality and warmth into their space, inspired by a striking wood feature they had installed in the entryway. This initial design element set the tone for a comprehensive renovation that would breathe life into their home. Our design team meticulously crafted a series of architectural details that seamlessly integrated with the existing structure. The introduction of wood ceiling beams and posts not only enhances the visual appeal but also adds a sense of depth and grandeur to the main living areas. The mudroom entry was thoughtfully designed to provide functionality while maintaining an inviting atmosphere, ensuring that it becomes a focal point of the home. A vent hood over the range became a signature piece, combining practicality with aesthetic charm, further elevating the kitchen’s design. Attention to detail was paramount, and we ensured that all wood elements were stained to match beautifully with the existing sunroom, creating a cohesive flow throughout the home.
