Transformation of Landscape on French Road At Lynch Landscape and Tree Service, Inc., we enjoy transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful landscapes that are as beautiful as they are functional. One of our most recent s illustrates our focus on high quality and high design is this transformation of a landscape on French Road. Located in lovely Wellesley, this came with some challenges, such as the site sloping and restricted access for large equipment. We utilized our skill to incorporate the natural topography into the landscape. The was comprised of unique hardscaping, as well as softscaping elements. We constructed custom natural stone retaining walls that effectively held back earth while, at the same, complimenting the rustic character of the home. We carefully constructed a path with permeable pavers which allows for prolonged use and accessibility, along with helping the area drain naturally. All materials were selected for durability and quality appearance. To soften the hard surfaces planted diverse native plantings such as perennials, ornamental grasses, and shrubs that tolerate a shade environment. The plants add seasonal qualities and benefit local biodiversity. The plants were arranged for structure and planted to offer seasonal color and texture for the property. While tackling the our knowledgeable and skilled team accounted for the clients privacy concerns while enhancing their outdoor living area. In response we built a layered evergreen hedge to screen the property, providing privacy without blocking the views of the landscape. The overall design successfully combined form and function to enhance the outdoor living space for the homeowners. The client was very happy and stated that they felt the landscape created an expansion of their livable space for entertaining and relaxation.
