BBQ Living by GCLA Landscape Design GCLA Landscape Design successfully presents BBQ Living, a breathtaking outdoor restoration located in the heart of San Diego. The goal of this was to create an enjoyable and purposeful outdoor space, combining relaxation and eating during family and friend gatherings. While serving parts of Bonita, Chula Vista, and La Jolla, we ensured our design matched the client’s vibrant lifestyle. BBQ Living features a custom outdoor kitchen equipped with high-quality appliances, including a stainless-steel grill, a generous countertop space for prepping food, and plenty of outdoor storage. We included beautiful stonework and durable, weather-resistant materials to not only enhance the aesthetics but also withstand the elements around our own backyards. To enhance the atmosphere to be cozy and ambient, outdoor lighting and seating areas featuring comfortable, weatherproof furniture were included as well. In the grounds, we created a lush landscaping palette with drought-tolerant plants as well as native species to beautify the while promoting sustainability and requiring little maintenance. One of the 's many challenges was incorporating the uneven existing grades in the yard. We developed the space into a multi-tiered garden layout to have greater drainage and accessibility. The GCLA team worked hard to ensure the overall product was beautiful but also practical and functional. The end result is a beautiful, relaxing outdoor oasis our clients and guests will enjoy for many BBQs or gatherings to come. BBQ Living is a true testament to GCLA Landscape Design's standards of quality, creativity, and client satisfaction.
