The N. 6th Street project showcases a modern remodel of a historic home built in 1887, blending contemporary design with the charm of its original architecture. The focus of this transformation was a complete overhaul of the kitchen and the main level bathroom, creating spaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. In the kitchen, we opted for a sleek, minimalist design characterized by clean lines and an open layout that enhances the flow of the space. Custom cabinetry was crafted from high-quality hardwood, finished in a soft matte white to reflect light and create an airy atmosphere. The countertops are made of durable quartz, chosen for its elegant appearance and ease of maintenance, while a striking backsplash of subway tiles adds a touch of classic sophistication. State-of-the-art appliances were integrated seamlessly, ensuring that the kitchen not only looks modern but also meets the demands of today’s culinary enthusiasts. The main level bathroom underwent a dramatic transformation, inspired by contemporary design principles. The use of a neutral color palette, featuring soft greys and whites, creates a serene environment, while the addition of bold accents in fixtures and decor adds personality to the space.
