Alberto Alavez Professional Lawn Services LLC Without further ado, these are the before-and-after images of one of the recent landscaping going on in Louisville that showcase how far we go when it comes to quality, creativity, and transparency with our customers here at Alberto Alavez Professional Lawn Services LLC: In this commision, the focus was a large home lawn area which had become a degenerative quagmire of an uninteresting variety of weeds. We started with an extensive site analysis and a list of the needs and wishes of the client. The new landscape design consisted of sustainable, drought tolerant plants that would improve the environmental footprint of the property while making sure vibrant colors would be present year round. Some key features of this were the lush new sod lawn that was installed to surround the lake addition, along with the well-established flower beds filled with native perennials to both beautify the landscape and create a welcomed home for native pollinators. By using professional grading and the application of high-quality compost and organic fertilizers, we refined the soil to overcome challenges like hilly ground and inferior soil conditions. The wayfinding you see in the garden was built by our incredible crew using locally sourced flagstone, as well, and the path helps visitors navigate through the space while blending in with the area you are walking through. What we achieved in the end was a stunning outdoor retreat bringing the clients dream to fruition. The delighted homeowner told us that their former backyard wasn’t functional for anything, however with the new landscape they are able to host family, or just relax in a beautiful welcoming space. In addition to making the exterior appealing, this added considerable value to the property, but is still only a tiny reflection of the standard of craftsmanship and attention to detail that Alberto Alavez Professional Lawn Services LLC brings to every landscaping undertaken.
