OUR WORK by MG'S LAWN GREEN INC. MG's Lawn Green Inc and we pride ourselves on creating beautiful landscapes through tasteful transformations. Recently, we finished a beautiful landscaping for one of our clients right in the heart of Westchester County, located in the lovely village of Ardsley. This was a total transformation of both the front and back yard, complete with hardscaping and softscaping. This included a custom stone walkway which utilizes locally harvested bluestone which serves a functional and aesthetic purpose as it ushers users from the driveway to the entrance of the house. We lined the path with a selection of native plants that require minimal upkeep, offering seasonal color throughout the year. The property also had some slopes that posed hurdles for us. Build tiers So in order to fix this, we had to build tiered garden beds, which provided control over the drainage and built some elevation interest. Each of the beds is filled with rich black topsoil and well planted with a combination of perennials and ornamental grasses giving an impressive backdrop providing a nectar rich habitat for local pollinators. In the backyard, we created a stunning paved patio space for entertaining. This space features strategically positioned outdoor lighting, which turns the space into a warm and inviting space in the evenings. We also added a delightful outlined fire pit, surrounded by natural boulders, to enjoy those evenings with family and friends. Every detail, from the installation of the irrigation system to the materials selected for the landscaping, has been handpicked and customized to fit the architecture of the home, and caters to the needs of the customer. This culminated in a final product which both elevated the street appeal of the home and prepared the client with an outdoor haven. The happy homeowner told us, The finished product changed our view of our backyard completely.
