Specialty Structures by Dreamscapes Outdoor Living & Design Dreamscapes Outdoor Living & Design is honored to transform outdoor spaces into beautiful escapes. Recently, at a client’s residence we offered a d 'Specialty Structures', in which we designed and constructed some customized outdoor structures to enhance the landscape for some of our clients in Combee Settlement, Gibsonia, Kathleen, Lakeland, Plant City, Zephyrhills, Tampa, Wesley Chapel, Orlando, Mulberry, Brandon, St. Pete, Kissimmee, and New Tampa. The was extensive, including a custom pergola built from beautiful and durable cedar lumber, which offered shade and a rustic character to the patio. A custom outdoor kitchen topped with high-quality stainless steel appliances and granite countertops added more to the entertaining experience while inviting the great outdoors in. A great and bespoke fire-feature with natural boulders for seating rounded off the specialty features. Terrain was relatively uneven, thus grade was required to create proper drainage for structures. Our seasoned professionals leveled the grade while maintaining the historic root systems of plants for sustainable benefits, in addition enhancing with native plant species to promote environmental biodiversity. Sustainable materials were a primary consideration throughout the . After removing and grading existing pavers, our installation was a sustainable walkway that matched greenery throughout. Permeable pavers were selected due to the absorption capability for rainfall mitigation and to limit run-off from landscape. The finished s resulted in ecstasy for the clients, as we provided them with the landscaping they envisioned for years. The Specialty Structures provided a platform not only for entertaining, display, but also had a combination of aesthetics and functions. This , in fact, represents the craftsmanship and commitment to build improved landscapes that characterized the work and passion of Dreamscapes Outdoor Living & Design.
