The Natural Oasis project transformed a master bathroom in Montvale into a serene spa retreat, showcasing a remarkable blend of functionality and luxury. Working with the existing layout, the designers skillfully retained the large picture window, which, while off-center on the exterior wall, became a focal point that invites natural light into the space. This thoughtful design choice enhances the overall atmosphere, embodying the tranquility associated with a spa environment. To create a harmonious aesthetic, the shower area features exquisite stacked stone that draws the eye and complements the Jerusalem gold stone flooring. This elegant choice of materials not only adds visual interest but also reinforces the calming energy that the owners sought to achieve. The combination of textures and colors provides a cohesive look, inviting relaxation and rejuvenation. Special attention was given to functionality, with the inclusion of his and hers showerheads and controls, allowing both partners to enjoy their bathing experience simultaneously. The custom free-floating vanities were designed to maintain an uncluttered look, ensuring that the space remains open and inviting without being overwhelmed by bulky furniture. This clever design decision emphasizes the room's spaciousness while still providing ample storage.
