The design integrates native plants with durable materials for a sustainable landscape that requires minimal maintenance. Salt-tolerant grasses and flowering perennials intermingle with hardy shrubs selected for their ability to survive and flourish in this landscape while delivering seasonal colour and texture. The park had an incredibly sandy foundation, which made it significant challenge for establishing plants. Answering this question led us to the solution of simultaneously improving both the soil structure and nutrient content through the addition of organic compost and mulch. We then connected a top-notch irrigation system that seals moisture so that no plant gives up on its life and each of them get to love its water. Among the most notable features are the inviting pathways decorated with stone pavers that take visitors through beautiful gardens. We also added seats in some places surrounded by landscaping to create peaceful locations for spectators to enjoy the atmosphere around game days. Once finished, the makeover was nothing short of the spectacular. The picturesque Myrtle Beach Ballpark now provides a picturesque backdrop for sporting events, showcasing an ideal combination of nature and athletics with its scenery.
