Nestled along the picturesque water's edge of Sunny Isles Beach in Miami, Florida, the Herman Residence embodies tranquility and modern living. The client’s aspiration was to fully immerse themselves in the coastal environment, which led to the selection of a fourth-floor apartment that offers panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, accompanied by the soothing sounds of crashing waves and the invigorating scent of ocean air. Studio Rodrigo Buelvas was brought into the project at a pivotal stage, tasked with enhancing the existing architectural design while infusing a fresh perspective that emphasizes open, inviting spaces conducive to relaxation and social interaction.
