About This Project

Title of Work: Floral Design by Bella Gardens With our most recent , "Floral Design," we have once again taken an ordinary venue and transformed it into the stunning floral wonderland that is Bella Gardens right in the heart of New York. This landscape transformation highlights out commitment to craftsmanship and shows off the diverse variety of annuals used to create a beautiful and textured landscape. The started with an in-depth consultation, where we worked closely with the client to understand the vision and preferences. We carefully picked diverse perennials, annuals and some grasses to create an interesting display that would move with the seasons. It combines traditional English garden sensibilities with contemporary landscaping, consisting of natural stone paths, wooden trellises draped with climbing vines. Our site was plagued by surrounding buildings blocking out light to our house which was one of the biggest challenges we had. We did that by planting plants that thrive in the shade and by using reflective materials to create optimum light conditions. In addition, a modern irrigation system was installed to ensure that plants lasted as long as possible and remained healthy by giving them the correct amount of water to grow. The end product is simply gorgeous. Bright colors swim through the valley floor allowing clients and passersby to stop and enjoy the beauty. You can see the in our workmanship, every curve of our paths, every arrangement of flowers. Our client was over the moon with the redesign, commenting that the space is now perfect to retreat to and enjoy nature.
