PRJCT | Luxurious Backyard Lounge & Landscapebutler land strategies + butler land strategies 'Luxurious Backyard Lounge & Landscape' by Empire Pavers Corp. in Berkeley, CA: A Beautiful Outdoor Space Transformation Making Our Clients in the Community Truly Happy Since October 2023, This stunning landscape design is a combination of elegance and comfort and is the perfect space for relaxation and entertaining. An open area fitted with high-quality, durable outdoors furniture that blends with the nature around you. At the centre, a stunning stone fire-pit is the focal point of the courtyard, to host group gatherings and warm up in the evenings. Complementing the lounge with dense plantings and carefully selected trees to provide some additional privacy and topical interest. We have used classy pavers on the floor with different shading to make a charming outdoor floor that connects the lounge to the rest of the garden and lift the property design overall. Each transition between spaces had careful attention and thought, and they specified permeable pavers to contribute to drainage and sustainability. We then overtopped those boathouses in the backyard with a semi out-of-grade lounge space, which in it's current condition reflects a few of the challenges we faced, illuminated overhead for instance were placement of lounge outlets, grading and ultimately one-off retaining walls needed for the level lounge space. Determined to face these challenges head-on, our team worked tirelessly to create a final layout experiment that was both functional, yet one that would pop off the page. What we created is a stunning existent backyard that contains to our clients expects. No other combination of heat lights, high quality materials, clear vision, and detailed craftsmanship has made their outdoor space a paradise wellness suite that they can enjoy all seasons long.
