Our team focused on a region overrun by cedar, a change agent that had blocked all of the views and all of the possibilities for a spectacular landscape. At the beginning, our talented trades people did a complete site evaluation to assess the issues associated with the great amount of cedar brushes. We carried out its removal with advanced machinery and environmentally safe techniques. Careful planning was made to ensure that native flora and fauna were not disturbed during the course of the works. During the process, we used high-quality machinery, stump grinders, and chippers to make sure we treated every part of the cedar trees the right way. Taking this detailed process gave us the opportunity to reclaim the land efficiently, whilst also reducing waste and increasing sustainable practices. Additional challenges included working the machine safely and sometimes carefully navigating the natural slope of the property. We worked very hard to prevent erosion, maintain soil, and turn the landscape into a blank slate for gardening and landscaping moving soil around to flatten areas, create gardens, etc. The end product was a beautiful continuous area of open land featuring panoramic views of the neighboring Hill Country, which was something our client was well pleased with. By getting rid of the invasive cedars, we littered the site with debris but made the property not only aesthetically better, but a blank slate for the native gardens, outdoor living spaces, or play areas the client may have been dreaming of.
