The Swann Kitchen and Bath remodel in Tallahassee, Florida, represents a stunning transformation that seamlessly integrates style and functionality. In the kitchen, we lowered the existing 42-inch bar top to a more accessible counter height, allowing for a more cohesive design while retaining and refinishing the original cabinets to maintain the character of the space. The removal of the cabinets above the gas cooktop provided an opportunity to install a sleek new hood, complemented by a fresh backsplash of stylish tile and custom-made floating wood shelves, adding both practicality and visual appeal. The complete renovation of the master bath is a testament to modern design principles, focusing on luxury and comfort. We replaced the outdated shower tile and glass with contemporary selections that exude elegance, ensuring a spa-like experience. New cabinetry has been introduced to enhance storage and functionality, while the choice of floor tile unifies the design, providing a sophisticated foundation. The crowning feature of this bathroom transformation is the installation of a free-standing soaking tub, which not only serves as a stunning focal point but also offers a serene retreat for relaxation.
