The remodel encompasses a variety of key areas, demonstrating a commitment to modern design and functional living. Throughout the home, the existing flooring and baseboards were carefully removed, with the exception of the guest bedrooms, to make way for new, stylish flooring that sets a fresh tone for the interiors. The sunken living room underwent significant changes, where the outdated slider door and accent wall tile were demolished. In its place, a spacious new sliding door was installed alongside a striking accent wall featuring contemporary tile. To enhance the room's usability, the sunken area was filled in by four inches and the top step extended, ensuring a seamless transition into this inviting space. Existing floor outlets were relocated to accommodate the new layout, demonstrating attention to detail in both aesthetics and functionality. The bar area was revitalized by removing the old tile backsplash on the pony wall, replaced with elegant wood veneer that adds warmth and sophistication.
