The Bickham Lane Bathroom renovation transforms a previously uninspired space into a stunning and functional retreat. The original layout featured a builder-grade shower with frosted glass doors, a standard white tile surround, and chrome fixtures that lacked personal character. The dark wood vanity with a laminate countertop and integrated sink, while serviceable, contributed to a disjointed aesthetic. This renovation aimed to bring cohesion and elegance to the bathroom through thoughtful design choices and high-quality materials. The new design embraces a modern aesthetic while maximizing functionality. The alcove shower was reimagined with a luxurious frameless glass enclosure that showcases a beautiful tile pattern, seamlessly integrating with the surrounding déc. The shower walls are adorned with large-format porcelain tiles in a soft, neutral palette, enhancing the sense of space and light. A rainfall showerhead and sleek, minimalist fixtures were selected to elevate the experience, combining practicality with a touch of luxury. In place of the old vanity, a custom-built double vanity was introduced, featuring a rich, warm wood finish that complements the overall color scheme. The new countertop is crafted from durable quartz, offering both beauty and resilience, while undermount sinks provide a clean, modern look. Elegant brushed nickel hardware ties the elements together, reflecting contemporary design trends. The lighting was also reconsidered to enhance the ambiance.
