The Primary Bedroom Refresh project in Lake Norman of Catawba, North Carolina, transformed a traditional space into a cozy master retreat characterized by a seamless blend of comfort and contemporary design. The design choices focused on creating an inviting atmosphere while maintaining functional elegance. To achieve this, we selected a soothing color palette that included soft grays, warm whites, and subtle earth tones, enhancing the natural light that floods the room. The walls were painted in a light, airy shade to create an illusion of spaciousness while providing a serene backdrop for the carefully curated dec. For the flooring, we opted for wide-plank hardwood, offering durability and a rustic charm that complements the transitional style of the room. Custom cabinetry was crafted to maximize storage without compromising on aesthetics, featuring sleek lines and a minimalist design.
