Foxy Foliage, Inc. Landscape & Garden Design Report We would like to introduce you to our most recent ; Landscape & Garden Design, located in Jacksonville and Jacksonville Beach, from Foxy Foliage, Inc. We had to turn a small backyard into the perfect escape where we could relax or entertain guests outdoors. To realize this vision, we performed an extensive site analysis which highlighted important considerations, like where the sun shines, the quality of the soil, and what plants grow there now. We chose materials permeable to the earth like recycled mulch, low-water native plants, and rustic stone paths to help our drawing blend into nature. We faced many site challenges but the main one was the drainage issues which we resolved with a well thought out grading plan and a French drain system. It not only made the functionality of the landscape better but also preserved the new plants for a long time. The end result is a beautiful assortment of natives that include attention-grabbing flowering shrubs and ornamental grasses that have visual interest 365 days of the year. A custom pergola provides shade and an inviting hammock where you can relax, and a winding stone path leads you to a green wonderland filled with plant life. Our painstaking planning and execution has yielded an exceptionally stunning landscape, where productivity and beauty seamlessly blend together. Our happy customer now has a tranquil space, where a garden can really take off in the right coastal conditions.
