The Circle C project represents a stunning transformation of a newly built spec home in Austin, TX, meticulously overseen by Audrey Scheck Design. The primary objective of this full house remodel was to infuse the space with a personal touch, creating a harmonious environment that reflects the homeowner's unique style. To achieve this, ASD implemented a comprehensive design strategy that emphasized cohesion across both levels of the home. The renovation began with an extensive overhaul of the flooring throughout the entire house, selecting high-quality materials that not only enhance the aesthetic appeal but also provide durability. A fresh coat of paint was applied to the full interior, offering a clean and inviting backdrop that complements the new design elements. The decision to remove wooden sills from all windows was pivotal in modernizing the space, allowing for a more streamlined and contemporary look. A focal point of the remodel was the interior stairwell, which underwent a complete renovation. This included the installation of a new handrail, newel, spindles, treads, nosing, and risers, each crafted with precision to ensure safety and style. The kitchen was reimagined as a modern culinary haven, featuring brand-new appliances, elegant countertops, a stunning backsplash, and thoughtfully chosen lighting and plumbing fixtures, all contributing to a cohesive design narrative. The bathrooms also received a significant upgrade, with three of them completely redone. Each bathroom showcases new countertops, chic tile selections, and stylish lighting fixtures, all harmonizing with updated plumbing fixtures to create a luxurious experience. The primary bathroom stands out with its sophisticated design choices that elevate the space into a tranquil retreat.
