About This Project

Ft Lauderdale Complete Outdoor Restoration Broward Landscape, Inc. is excited to present the Ft Lauderdale Complete Outdoor Restoration , an outdoor transformation of a property in Fort Lauderdale. Our staff was invited to reshape the property into an outdoor delight with the design functionality to make it a place to relax while having spaces to entertain guests. The included a complete landscape renovation displaying beautiful native plantings which thrive in the South Florida climate. Further, we designed colorful flowering shrubs, grasses, and shade trees for year-round color and protection of varied local species. In addition, special care was given in the selection process to being more drought tolerant, adding an emphasis on sustainable and minimal water use options. Finally, in order to achieve a transition between an indoor living area and outdoor living area we designed a unique paver patio with high quality slip-resistant materials that matched the nature of surroundings. The patio was designed with seating that is perfect for gatherings, with a custom built fire pit as a focal point for gathering at night. A challenge of the included an existing irrigation system that had to be modified and serviced to account for the new plants. Our staff did an exceptional job servicing the irrigation system to ensure that every plant was established, watered, and practical manner of meeting water use in Florida while being aware of water conservation. Overall our design collaboration was a stunning outdoor paradise for our clients, showing an example of their property potential. The had functionality beyond design and complemented the homes curb appeal by adding interest for family and gatherings in the Florida sunshine.
