The flooring underwent a significant upgrade as well; the outdated hardwood was replaced with exquisite porcelain tiles, laid atop a complete dual-zoned heated floor system. This not only improved comfort but also added a touch of luxury to the home. The new flooring seamlessly connects the kitchen and dining areas, creating a cohesive look that invites family and friends to gather. The design choices made throughout the remodel were intentional and modern. New cabinets and countertops were installed, featuring sleek lines and high-quality materials that complement the overall farmhouse aesthetic.
