Summary: Eastview Lane by Pure Design Located in the heart of North Dallas, Pure Design's landscaping , 'Eastview Lane', set out to transform an expiring outdoor space into a marvel. A demonstration of quality, innovation, and sustainability, this served neighborhoods, such as Plano, Frisco, and Highland Park. The design demonstrated a successful use of native plantings to optimize sustainability while maintaining beauty in the property. We used an impressive display of drought tolerant plantings, such as ornamental grasses and flowering perennial plants, which would thrive in the climate zone but bring positive pollinators to the plants as well. We used natural stone pathing to connect segments of the outdoor living space, allowing the occupants to traverse a landscape that was beautiful, inviting, and serene. One of the major challenges was one of the asymmetrical property lines. This property had considerable space requiring grading and drainage solutions to avoid natural water pooling. The Pure Design team efficiently installed a custom-grade plan to provide ample drainage, in addition to successfully holding the design flow. The introduction of a custom retaining wall built of local stone resolved drainage needs and provided a handsome focal point that complimented other signs of architecture. In addition, a patio was integrated to expand an outdoor living space with an efficient outdoor kitchen and fire pit; both suitable at serving guests or taking in quiet evenings under the stars. Expensive and multifamily products were identified, and installed; including base products comprising of composite decking and aesthetic stone, added durability to outdoor living spaces and allowed easy maintenance. The final 'Eastview Lane' brought sheer happiness to our client. They enjoy their property as a landscaped space that exhibits personal style and aesthetic value. The Pure Design team's interest in detail, tempered with desire for excellence, brought client's vision to a landscaped reality within an outdoor refuge.
