Utilizing comprehensive design/build services, the project encompassed every phase from lot evaluation and acquisition to the intricate processes of designing, engineering, and constructing the original three-story residence on a challenging hillside site. The open two-story Grand Foyer serves as a striking first impression, highlighted by a suspended spiral staircase that gracefully ascends to the upper levels. Above, an artist’s hand-painted domed ceiling captures the eye, while elegantly inlaid wood floors guide visitors through the expansive space. The craftsmanship throughout the home is a testament to the skilled artisans involved in its creation. Intricate carved moldings and detailed woodwork, designed by building designer Ron Parker AIBD alongside the talented team of craftsmen, enhance the home’s transitional style, seamlessly blending traditional and modern elements.
