The started with a thorough site analysis to learn the specific characteristics of the landscape, services for an enjoyable experience, and the client's expectation. Our imaginative grading coupled with the careful choice of shade loving plants ensured a well-designed and pleasant outdoor area. The resulting landscape is a captivating blend of native, resilient plants that have been carefully selected for their beauty & ability to co-habitate. The first phase we did together with clients included an array of textures and colors with flowering perennials, ornamental grasses and evergreen shrubs → year-round interest. Materials were all quality; bluestone pathways elegantly flow through the garden, paved with natural boulders and decorative gravel as integral part of the aesthetics. One of the main features of the is the stone retaining wall made by our masons. Thus, this structure is useful, managing soil erosion, but it also becomes a special feature that matches nature with the surrounding vegetation. We also installed a really effective irrigation system to help nourish the garden without wasting too much water. We constantly communicated with the client during the so that everything would be exactly to their taste. The outcome is a stunning landscape that is equal parts aesthetics and functionality and therefore delivers the client an outdoor area that is both a sanctuary and a space ideal for entertaining. The client was beyond happy with his complete transformation once the job was finished, and as always, Smart Landscaping & Masonry delivered high quality workmanship and attention to detail.
