Situated in Cross River, NY, this renovation was initiated in 2023 with a budget ranging from $100,001 to $150,000. The primary objective was to reallocate space within the kitchen to accommodate the needs of a growing family, incorporating a small home workspace, a dedicated beverage bar, and a larger island that encourages both cooking and social interaction. The design embraces a transitional aesthetic, featuring a large, open-concept layout that maximizes natural light and enhances the overall flow of the home. The use of a u-shaped configuration allows for efficient workflow while providing ample space for family gatherings.
