The Z-House, nestled in the picturesque suburban landscape of Cary, North Carolina, is an innovative residential project that harmoniously blends modern living with the charm of traditional bungalow design. The architectural approach was significantly influenced by the site’s narrow and acute angular characteristics, leading to the creation of a thoughtful “Z” shaped floor plan. In response to the owners' requirements, each living suite is fully equipped with independent amenities, including its own kitchen, dining area, bedrooms, and bathrooms.
