Located right in Sewickley, this outdoor space beautifully illustrates our dedication to expert craftsmanship and exceptional design. The focal point of this is an exquisitely built patio. The patio incorporates high-quality, durable, and stylish pavers that are meant to last. Adjacent to the patio is a fully finished, stunning arbor that is made from high-quality cedar lumber that adds a natural point of interest structure into the mix that provides much-needed shade and shelter. The materials we chose for the whole provide visual stimulation, but also durability to last through the elements, which makes it palm of your hand accessible for year-round use and enjoyment. One of the site's challenges throughout the execution and coordination of the was the site's slope, which made the terracing needed for leveling and preliminary drainage planning vital to allow for any potential water run-off that could accumulate. Our team's strong experience enabled us to face those challenges, as we applied good communication and cutting-edge techniques to create a well-built, stable foundation area that would last over time while providing enjoyable usage for all aspects of the patio areas and the arbor itself. Further, we utilized native plants and ornamental grasses to develop a lush landscaping treated area leading up to and around the patio area. We incorporated all of the plants for color, beauty, wildlife interests, and biodiversity aspects to define the outdoor space and create a vibrant area for users. The end result is a stunning patio and arbor space that was even more lovely than the client's hopes for their outdoor area. It is the perfect set up for family gatherings, outdoor dining, social engagements, and enjoyable relaxation. The way all of the natural elements blended with the high-end quality building materials and design demonstrated the absolute excitement for excellence for the client. We aspired for their outing experience to be enhanced by our craftsmanship.
