The 3Br/3Ba Upper West Side Apartment Renovation masterfully blends modern functionality with the traditional charm characteristic of pre-war New York apartments. In this tight urban environment, the installation of a new washer/dryer combo required careful planning to ensure efficient utility runs. The project also included the transformation of a prewar maids' bathroom into a contemporary oasis. To enhance ventilation, we installed a mechanical fan, which not only ensures air circulation but also maintains the aesthetic integrity of the design. The innovative decision to lower the powder bathroom ceiling facilitated the vent installation for the washer/dryer, eliminating the need for unsightly exterior penetration.
