Our clients envisioned a transformative renovation of their Arlington home, aiming to create a modern sanctuary that seamlessly aligns with their family's evolving lifestyle. The design brief emphasized a clean, simple aesthetic enriched with modern touches and vibrant color accents, drawing inspiration from mid-century modern, Scandinavian, and bohemian styles. The heart of the project was to craft an inviting space for relaxation and entertaining, one that balances visual appeal with practical functionality. A focal point of the renovation was the mudroom, which our clients identified as a crucial area in need of enhancement. We meticulously designed custom built-ins to maximize storage and organization, ensuring that the space remained clutter-free while accommodating the family’s needs. The addition of large-format tile flooring not only offered a contemporary look but also provided the option for radiant heating, enhancing comfort during colder months. This thoughtful integration of heating solutions transformed the mudroom into a warm and welcoming entry point.
