Art Of Turf Inc. also constructed Bay Area Lawn Care Inc. We proudly announce the completion of the Bay Area Lawn Care Inc.by Art Of Turf Inc, местоположение: Berkeley, San Leandro, участок: Arlington Avenue, 13. A complete rehab of a large scale residential lawn that had been neglected for years once infested with creeping bent grass. Our team devised a detailed plan to remove turf and weeds, aerate the soil, and lay a sod made for drought-resistance and lush looks to revive the area. Native California plants were added in select areas where the new lawn coincided, creating a beneficial ecosystem and reducing water consumption. The uneven terrain proved to be one of the harder challenges we faced, as it needed to be graded slowly enough to maintain runoff, but quick enough to allow an aesthetic look. Knowing that we needed to do a few things to ‘flatten the land’ a bit but also wanting to keep the existing trees and shrubs had us calling in our very skilled team with all of the right equipment to keep the land as natural as possible. The end product was a beautiful, lush lawn that not only served as a gorgeous outdoor area for the family but greatly enhanced the home’s curb appeal as well. After all, the owners were so happy with the results that they described the new landscape as the "perfect blend of human use and natural functionality."
