Carlsbad/Aviara Landscape Renovation Interior & Exterior Environmental Designs is proud to present the Carlsbad/Aviara Landscape Renovation, a that transformed outdoor living in this beautiful, coastal setting. Situated in the center of Carlsbad, Interior & Exterior Environmental Designs has put quality and attention into all aspects of the , creating an outdoor environment that is no longer just a backyard, but a beautiful and functional extension of the home. The embraced a rigorous site analysis allowing us to observe key issues including uneven ground and unsuitable drainage for the region's poor soils. Our qualified team quickly applied detailed grading and drainage to the design, addressing the base level issues to ensure the longevity and life of the designed landscapes. Drought-tolerant vegetation and materials were chosen from native plants that allowed to incorporate a stunning array of succulents, ornamental grasses, and flowering shrubs into the aesthetic and sustainability of the landscape. The selected local stone naturally integrated elements and materials from the regional landscape, into the hardscape elements such as patios, walkways and retaining walls proposed. A stunning water feature was added to the outdoor areas that added ambiance and serenity to the outdoor experience. All ambient lighting was added though a sustainable process, showcasing all plants and elements of the landscape, and welcoming outdoor events day and night. The final presentation of the Carlsbad/Aviara Landscape Renovation is a beautiful, outdoor area that is now an inviting, low-maintenance, and beautiful space that welcomes activities for all ages and abilities. Our clients vision for a vibrant garden, with minimal input and maintenance, was accomplished in full and beyond. Interior & Exterior Environmental Designs has demonstrated once again, through our commitment to client satisfaction at all levels and all costs, our work paid off in individual enhancements for each space, enhancing property values and quality of life in their settings.
