We are happy to serve the communities of Canton, Farmington, Farmington Hills, Livonia, Northville, Novi and Plymouth with this ! The patio features a raised patio built entirely of natural flagstone. We chose flagstone for its durability and natural beauty. The warm, earthy colors of the flagstone blend well with the surrounding natural beauty and presence of nature to the space. Our proficient craftsmen installed the stones in an intricate design that comprises intriguing detail and strength. The patio presented the problem of being raised and needed some planning in regards to levels and drainage. Our team overcame this challenge by constructing a solid base with a drainage system that stabilized the structure and allowed for the patio to become an accomplice to the established landscape. By thoughtfully raising the patio up, it also defined the space while providing for an elevated perspective for our clients to be able to view and enjoy the lush gardens below. We also included new landscaping elements, like low maintenance perennial gardens and lighting which now creates a warm inviting atmosphere for evenings and gatherings with family and friends. The space created is a beautiful blend of outdoor living space with natural beauty that was tailored to our clients' lifestyle. Not only has the Livonia Raised Flagstone Patio become a conversation area for friends and family but it has also increased the property value and curbside appeal.
