About This Project

In the Naples Park remodel, we transformed an underutilized garage space into a functional and stylish mudroom and pantry, seamlessly integrating it with the kitchen. This thoughtful conversion not only enhanced the home's aesthetic appeal but also created a more spacious and welcoming environment for the client's renters as they transitioned into the kitchen. The main living room received a significant design upgrade with the addition of a striking shiplap wall feature, which serves as a captivating focal point. Complementing this feature, we installed a custom wine bar complete with a wine fridge, providing an ideal space for entertaining and relaxation. On the poolside of the house, we improved accessibility and natural light by removing an existing window and replacing it with an impact do. This change facilitates easy access to the outdoor pool area, enhancing the overall enjoyment of the home. Additionally, we installed another impact door at the entrance of the new mudroom, ensuring security and durability while maintaining a cohesive look throughout the property. To further elevate the kitchen's design, we added a beautiful backsplash that harmonizes with the overall color palette. We also undertook a comprehensive repainting of the walls and ceilings across the entire house, refreshing the interiors and giving the home a clean, modern feel. Our client's satisfaction with the process and the professionalism exhibited throughout the remodel was paramount, and the outcome reflects our commitment to quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
