The Traditional Elegance project has transformed a stately colonial American home in the heart of Belle Meade, a neighborhood renowned for its exquisite urban estates and beautifully manicured gardens. This comprehensive renovation, initiated in 2023, embraced the home’s historical charm while infusing it with modern sophistication. Fresh paint colors were meticulously selected to harmonize with the existing architecture, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the residence. The choice of lighting fixtures was intentional, featuring a blend of classic and contemporary styles that enhance the home’s elegant character while providing functional illumination. The design process included a careful curation of wallpaper that complements the architectural details, adding layers of texture and visual interest to each room. In the family room, known as the Traditional Elegance Den, heirloom family furniture was thoughtfully integrated with new, carefully chosen pieces that reflect timeless elegance.
