This stunning 5,600 square foot shingle-style home, with its graceful lines and inviting façade, captures the essence of relaxed living while providing breathtaking views of the Isles of Shoals. The primary objective was to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that resonates with both comfort and sophistication, making it an ideal retreat for the clients and their growing family, particularly their grandchildren. The unique shape of the lot presented a design challenge; however, the dedicated team skillfully navigated this by ensuring that the home harmoniously integrates with the landscape. Employing a custom fit angle within the floor plan, the design eloquently defines open-concept living spaces that align perfectly with the clients' vision of an inviting and casual environment. The heart of the home is the expansive open kitchen, featuring a generous granite island that serves as both a functional workspace and a gathering spot for family meals. Complemented by a cozy breakfast nook and adjacent sitting areas, this space encourages togetherness and offers a seamless flow for entertaining. Incorporating 30 strategically placed windows along the waterside, the design maximizes natural light and captures the stunning surroundings, allowing refreshing sea breezes to infuse the interi.
