Our Work by Taylor Brothers Landscape Located in the scenic community of Parker, CO, the Our Work by Taylor Brothers Landscape showcases our commitment to crafting beautiful, imaginative outdoor living spaces that establish comfort in nature while exhibiting quality in execution. The was a large residential landscape design and build. The started with an in-depth consultation to gather feedback on expectations and preferences, most notably, the desire for a tranquil back yard retreat. After careful observation of the site layout, the team designed a landscape using a well-executed selection of native plants throughout the site, as well as elements of sustainable horticulture, all while preserving the incredible views of the surrounding landscape. As part of the professional walkthrough of the site, the yard presented its own challenges including a significant amount of undesirable grade. To solve this problem, the crew professionally graded the yard for planting area and enjoyment purposes, designing and constructing retaining walls for leverage as needed. In preparation for plants to thrive, quality materials were selected, including eco-friendly and aesthetically pleasing mulch, in conjunction with add-ons for durability for hardscape selections; completing the functional as needed. The most remarkable part of the was producing a custom built fire pit area, working with the client on a design that incorporated seating and ambient lighting, perfect for gathering family or friends. Additionally, a small water feature was fashioned, allowing for the flow of sound and wildlife to connect further with the site while reinforcing the natural feel of the landscape. Upon completion, the design came together, resulting in an extremely satisfied client. Not only had they received a very usable and beautiful space to enjoy year-round, the landscape exceeded their expectations.
