We assessed the existing layout with great care to determine what improvements need to be made to drainage and distance in relation to pathways and accessibility. First, we changed the existing concrete driveway to permeable pavers that are eco-friendly and charming for the design. Instead of run-off rainwater that permeates concrete, the pavers allow rainwater to filter into the ground, ultimately improving the existing landscaping. The pavers are durable and come in many colors, allowing us to create a geometric pattern that fits the architectural design of the home. For the front yard, we created an inviting front yard landscape that uses a mixture of native plants and low maintenance shrubs that bloom through the year while also benefitting local wildlife. Their was also a decorative rock garden that was functional and looked attractive. The rock garden served as a natural filtration system to allow stormwater to escape into the ground. We also added low voltage LED lighting along the pathways and a few select areas of plants and landscaping. As dusk sets in, it makes the yard feel magical! For this , we faced challenges such as uneven grading and existing large tree roots; however, the team works hard to ensure what our designers created will come to life while planning accordingly to not harm each tree or dirt. All of the materials used are top quality. The 9 hour a day work schedule catering to time tables to get the most work done efficiently as well as ensure quality and beautiful work rather than change or limit the expectations of the designs just for simplicity of install. Once we were done with the , the client was overwhelmingly happy with the outcome which is exactly what we want to prove our landscaping expertise.
