This Bucks County design-build project catered to a young couple eager to create a light-filled retreat that reflects their love for nature, animals, and eclectic design. The remodel began with the couple’s desire to utilize a margarita machine gifted at their wedding, which sparked a broader vision for a space that seamlessly connects the indoors with the outdoors. To achieve this, the existing French doors were replaced with fully operable doors that open both ways, promoting a fluid transition between the interior living area and the outdoor environment. This design choice enhances the overall functionality of the space, allowing for effortless entertaining and relaxation. Every detail was meticulously considered, from the choice of materials to the craftsmanship, ensuring that durability was prioritized without sacrificing aesthetic appeal. The living area features comfortable Schumacher fabric sofas that invite guests to relax and unwind.
