The renovation, meticulously executed by Dyna Builders, features a visionary design by Janice Wettstone and sophisticated interiors devised by Kristi Steffen of Dyna Design. The home's strong foundational elements were preserved, yet the years of previous updates had rendered it somewhat dark and disconnected from its stunning surroundings. Central to the renovation was the reorganization of the main living areas, particularly the kitchen, which previously suffered from an awkward layout that obstructed flow and minimized the breathtaking views of Lake Washington.
